Legal Question in Family Law in California
My husband has ruined my credit. I am considering seperating our bank accounts and credit cards. Does this make sense? Also, should I have power of attorney on his accounts?

Won't do any good. Your debts are community debts if entered into while married. Either you get some counseling that includeds debt counseling and have him turn over all accounting to you, or you live with it as is, or you file for divorce and then rebuild.
