My husband is trying to screw me over

The reason for our seperation was due to the fact that I found out my husband was selling and using illegal drugs from our residence and in front of my under aged son, when I asked him to stop he refused.My husband abandoned the residence,after proceeding to remove all our cash from our home safe in excess of $100,000, including inheritance money I had recieved from my deceased relatives.leaving me to pay all mortgage and upkeep for almost 2yrs, yet he has filed his tax returns for the past 3yrs which included the intrest on the house,myself and my son.He kept all the tax return money.He also took funds of $70,000 that we recieved from a property sale we invested in with a friend of his. The first few payments went into our joint account,and the balance was diverted to a personal account he obtained after our seperation.Now he is suing me for half the equity in the house and the down payment which I paid through my personal business I had obtained prior to marriage,I have all the check reciepts proving I made the down payment entirely,along with the majority of the household bills.He's also suing for my company vehicle purchased before our marriage through my company, and a vehicle I purchased after our seperation.
