Legal Question in Family Law in California

My husband and I have been separated for 7months, I am not in the home. I have been told that after 9 months I loose all rights to the house and any community property, is this true?

No. Your community property interest in the family home does not disappear merely by the lamps od time. It may be diminished by economic factors. You should receive future advise from an attorney and not your ex husband or other such persons.
