My husband- soon to be ex husband has been served Summary Dissolution papers and has not signed or filed them yet. He informed me the other day that he just purchased a $60,000 car. Am I going to be responsible for this car if he cannot pay. We are separated now since November, but not legally separated. Please advise...

He was under a restraining order against that kind of thing when he was served with the papers. File a contempt proceeding.
