Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex husband took our son on vacation with him. According to our court signed judgement,he is suppose to return the child back to me as soon as they return from vacation. He is refusing to return the child. He said he is keeping him one more day. What can I do to get my child back??

Consider waiting that additional day. If he does not return the child at that time, then you may wish to return to court on for an order changing the parenting plan. Please meet with an experienced family law attorney to explore your legal options.
