Legal Question in Family Law in California

My husband and I started divorce proceedings in March 2009. We reconciled and did not follow through with the divorce. We have since separated again in March 2012. I have just received an "At-Issue Memorandum". What does this mean and what do I do? I want to reconcile.

If you have received an At Issue Memorandum, most likely it's because he has decided to proceed with the case. In Sacramento County, the memorandum serves to inform you when the Settlement Conference and Trial dates are scheduled. There are steps for you to complete on your end. The Family Law Facitlitator's Office can offer some direction, but Sac Superior is extremely impacted by the budget.

Be prepared for the fact that it only takes one party to request a dissolution. The court will still grant it (so long as all of the paperwork is properly prepared/submitted) even if you disagree.
