husband submitted a different marital agreement than what we agreed on, and followed the false one until retirement
Then when I went to check on benefits I found the one he submitted to the court

This requires an immediate return to court to address this problem. You also will have to join the pension plan provider so they are part of whatever the courts determination will be.
