Legal Question in Family Law in California
my ex husband says that he has taped recording of our conversations and that these conversations are admissible in court because he posts them on the internet. I have not consented to these tapings, nor have i ever known he was taping them. My question is: Can he legally use these tapings that are supposedly on the internet against me in court?

No, he cannot, and he has commited both criminal and civil wrongs. You should call the police and consider a civil lawsuit against him.
If your ex husband does not have a prior court order to tape record your conversations, then I agree with Mr. McCormick. Taping conversations without a court order, and without your permission is a crime, and the court is not going to view him doing it very lightly.
