Can your husband transfer a deed from his parents and him to him soley while being married on a property that was prior to marriage without the release from the spouse of any interest in the house?

Yes ,this deed transfer as you described can occur. The real question is if there is any community property claim to this real estate. If there was work and effort expended by husband on the property that increased it's value or community money going into the property, then there may be a claim.
