Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have a husband and wife who both work for me. They seperated and she got a restraining order against him. The sherriff says he can not work here anymore, I don't think this is true.

If there is a restraining order, it probably is true. He will need to get an order to allow him to come to work. He should retain an attorney immediately to get that done. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
