Legal Question in Family Law in California

My husband of 30 years is asking for a divorce. I was a stay at home mom so I don't have health insurance on my own. Is providing health insurance usually a requirement along with alimony or do I have to find a way to pay for it on my own? Also, I have no pension, 401k or any other type of retirement to count on, will my ex be required to continue paying spousal support after he retires? How does the court calculate support after retirement? How long can I expect to receive support based on what's typical here in California? I've been reading a lot online but it seems like it's really just up to the judge. I would like to know what is typical for my situation above so that I have a starting point for negotiating during mediation. Thank you for your help.
