Legal Question in Family Law in California
My husband of almost eight years left me two months ago, he says now he wants a divorce. We have two kids one is almost three. When I had her I stepped down from a full time sworn peace officer to a part time lower position to be home with her most of the time. This was agreed upon at the time. Is there any way my husband can be partially liable for the income of I would have received had I not done that for our family?
