Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have been with my husband for 16 years married 2 years , but has live in the same home that you puchased 30 years ago.my question is now that we are married now will he have to put my name on the deed before the house is also mine.

If I understand your question correctly, your husband bought the house 30 years ago, you started living with him 16 years ago, and got married 2 years ago. If so, then the majority of the value of the house belongs to your husband, and you are only entitled to some share of the value based on what has happened during the last 2 years you were married. If your husband wants to deed you a larger portion of the house, that is up to him.
