Legal Question in Family Law in California

can my husband for 12 years sell the condo/he boughy it before our marrige and i am not in title/ but this is only our home and i am 65 years old/ without my knowlege and kick me out? can he sell it and took all the money and leave me pannyless and homeless?

I agree with Ms. Kock. Even though real property may be separate property before a marriage, the community (meaning both you and your husband) can acquire an interest in it to the extent mortgage payments or improvements were made with community property, such as earnings of either spouse during the marriage. I suggest speaking to a good family law attorney privately.
