Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex husband's attorney is requestiong I provide him with all of my financial records dating back to january 1, 2008. My financial institution has closed since then I dont keep paper files. I have no access to that paper trail what do I do????

If it's a discovery demand, you respond by stating that the documents are not in your custody and control, and that you don't have any copies, as those were destroyed. You also point out any third parties that you believe may have copies of the documents.
