No. There once was a cause of action for "alienation of affection," but it was thrown out by the legislature in the 1950's.

Mr. McCormick is correct. You could go after him for reimbursement to the community if you can show he spent community funds on her, but nothing against her. Sometimes it is mentally better just to walk away and not let yourself be consumed by negative thoughts and actions. Let Karma do her work.
