My husbands parents have guardianship of our two boys the only problem is there rich! Also never liked me or came to are wedding long story short i live in california and there in nevada im suppose to get supervised vistis at this place that cost a arm and a leg any how i cant aford it let alone drive to nevada every week well i havent seen my boys since april but i do talk t o them on the phone if his parents are not hanging up on me. i was told there going to move to texas then i wont no where my boys are i want to be able to do anything to stop them from taking my boys. there doing all this so my husband will do what they say its a control issue with them . help i need to stop them before the fill out anymore papers. Also if someone has a ton of money against someone who has none will the person with the money win?

Legal aid may be able to help you. Do not ignore any forms you reeceive. respond to them promptly and make your objections, stating your financial problems. It is very difficult for a court to terminate parental rights, so just keep appearing in court and objecting, and you should be able to keep your visitation and parental rights.
