Legal Question in Family Law in California
Can my husband's ex wife be granted more child support if she has voluntarily stopped working or voluntarily works less? Children are 10 and 12 years old and spend 36% of time with Father who currently pays $300 per month in c/s and Mother also gets percentage of yearly bonus. Thanks for your time.

Generally no. In most cases if she chooses to reduce her income, she can be "imputed" her previous earnings and no change in support would result. This is not ALWAYS the case, however.
