Legal Question in Family Law in California

My husband's ex wife threatened him with court and also said that he can't see his son till after court he still has all the messages on his phone we was wondering what we had to do . do we take them to the court house and show the judge or do we taken it to the cops please answer me I need this . please

If you have a specific court order that allows him to be with the children, then you should contact the police so they can assist you on enforcing that order.

If you don't have a specific court order, you should immediately file and serve a request for order with the court to seek relief.
