Husband-Wife Rights

Both own a restaurant. Cops had warrent to search the restaurant and brought my husband to question him. Alot of questions and interview with him. He refuses to explain to me what happened and why the cops are doing all these investigation. I want to find out. Do I have the right to find out from the police officer, what the whole situation is and how is my husband involve in all these?

The police will not release information about an on going investigation. Your husband maybe doing you a favor by not telling you what is going on. You should not talk to the police. Your statements may well be used against either you or your husband or both.
