What can I do if my husbend is cheating on me?
I found out my husbend is cheating on me with a friend. What can I do? Do I get child support even though my daughter dose not have his last name?

Child support is based on income. As long as the child is yours as evidenced by birth certificate or a Paternity action, child support will be granted if you divorce your HUSBAND.
