need to know my husben is going to get a large ssettlement we have had alot of problems . he tells me if we divorse i will not get anything we do have two kids and wev been married for this year will be 220 yrs i am a house wife .he has a drug problem with ppills iv told the doctors and his attorney but they wont lisen to me i want a divorce no one will here my pleases to get help for him and he says he dont nneed it and unleashes his anger at my childern and i what do i need to do he told me he is taking all tthe money becouse its his and the checks are in his name im not working becouse of him. theres more to tthis is. what do i need to know and what i need to aask for i dont have anymoney at this time becouse oof him can someone help befor somthing bad happens tto one of us theres already been a gun involved on ffriday nite with him. i need to know what can i do hhes not here and said hes not coming back. untill nnexted week. let me no what divorce procedens i nneed to do, thank you ..

you didnt say what kind of settlement so that question cannot be answered. as for the other, you need to file for a restraining order.
