Legal Question in Family Law in California

iam divorced and in our divorce neither parent is allowed to take my daughter out off state but i have his permission on papper and he also agrees to pay spoucual suppurt for one year is this papper all i need or do i have to file pappers at court for both to move and support if i need to file court pappers what would they be

I would make sure that any agreements made for modfiication of the custody order are in writing so that if challeneged you can bring up the agreements with a true and correct signature of the agreeing party. But if there are agreements, the parents can agree to modify the custody order regarding out of state travel.
