Legal Question in Family Law in California
iam currently paying child support for one kid who i have 35% custody of, in total with child care, medical insurance and cash i was ordered to pay $1000/month. i only bring home $1800 a month, currently i have a lot of financial problems. my fiance (getting married in 5 months) has 3 kids who live with her, can i file something in court where i might have a case and my child support might be less? like i said, the $1000 i pay a month now is way too much for me, it does not leave me enough to "live".
Please advise, thank you for all your help.

Based on your income and your custody percentage, I can't begin to guess why your child support is that much. You need to file an OSC re: modification of support and run a new DissoMaster with current financial information. Your girlfriend's income and children will not be included even once you are married, unless you were to adopt her kids, though getting married will change your deductions so it might change your support calculations.
