Identification

I lived outside of the country.when I returned My drivers liecence was expired.I lost my passport,My Birth certificate is in a difrent last name than the one I used all my life.When I gave the deparment of motor vehicles my old drivers liecnce number,They said they cant find.How can I get a name change or proove my Identification?

In order to get a name change, you need to file a petition with the court and publish in a newspaper. Once you get a court order you can ask the Secretary of State to issue you a new birth certificate.
