Illegally employed spouse seeking support.

my husband of 8 years is requesting i pay spousal support. during our 8 years of marriage he was in and out of jail for drug possession and sales. he has a current drug charge for sales possession and transporting as well as having 20,000 cash on him and 3 prior felony convictions.

my question is does he have a chance of receiving spousal support from me?
