how could i get a immidate hearing for family court?

You may or not be able to unless there is what the court would perceive as an emergency.

Mr. Schneider is correct. Pretty much anything that requires truly immediate action in family law, would warrant police intervention and would be better handled that way. It would have to be a true legal emergency, but one that would not involve a threat to life or limb, to get an immediate hearing. It is hard to think of a scenario where that would be the case. Everything else can be handled either on the regular calendar or if there is a genuine need to be heard sooner than that, by filing a request for an Order Shortening Time for a hearing.
