Imputation of income

If the imputation of income was made on deliberately misleading and false information from the opposing side, how does one go about challenging this in Family Court?

There are very specific rules that the court must use in order to set aside an order, finding or judgment. You may need to bring a motion for reconsideration. I would suggest that you will need an attorney on this. Also, the motion for reconsideration must be brought within 10 days of entry of the order or mailing to you a copy of the order or judgment.
