Legal Question in Family Law in California

Inappropriate Behavior

Good Evening,

Former spouse and I have shared custody of our 2 minor children, ages 17 and 11. Throughout the course of our marriage our children were raised with Christian beliefs. Former spouse has a girlfriend, however they are not living together. I've requested former spouse to respect the values and beliefs we had instilled in our sons while we were married. He and his girlfriend, who have seperate residences, now sleep together when our sons are visiting. He has ignored my requests..do I have any recourse?

Thank You for your consideration.

Re: Inappropriate Behavior

The court does not want become involved in moral issues. Unless his conduct is detrimental to the children the court will not intervene. It is unlikely that the court will consider this conduct to be detrimental to the children.
