Inappropriate disclosure

As a result of a subpoena, all essays provided to an evaluator were released to counsel. The next day my ex accidentally copied me on an email to his sister forwarding the essays with the comment ''if you want some fun, read the attached, especially the Biography''. Aside from being appallingly inappropriate, I believe this is illegal. These were my husband's and his childrens' bio's. How should I proceed?
