Does an incarcerated father (in CA juvenile prison) have child visitation rights? If so, where what forms would he have to fill out?

I don't know how this site is set up, but I have answered this many times and similar questions should be in the archive.

It is up to the Department of Corrections as to who gets to visit. They are not going to let him out to visit, you have to go there. You need to contact the prison liason to determine whether and when visitation is allowed.
