Legal Question in Family Law in California

I might be an incest child from a brother and sister. How would I go about getting dna proof I am or not? Neither my mother or uncle would be willing to consent because the subject has been brought up by a family member that they were willingly having sex and they both deny it happened.

You don't provide enough information to know exactly how or if you can go about it. If there is no father of record, you have certain rights to file a petition to establish paternity against any man you can establish has any reasonable likelihood of being your father. Whether you have missed time limits to do so, however, is impossible to tell. If there is a father of record it becomes even more complicated.
