In regards to "income" for child support is is earning from an S-corp included that is the total from the k-1 or only the distributions less the tax on the s-corp earnings? That is, the actual $ that was available for use by the S-corp owner? What about all the pass-through income in the year the S-corp was sold. Very larger capital gain pass-through, is is subject to income to calculate bonus child support. CA is the state

only income to the parent is considered. They might consider a companies business income if they don't believe the parent's assertions of income.
