Income and Expense Declaration

The DA asked me for an Income and Expense form to review/modify child support. I provided the form. Do I have a right to ask for a copy of the custodial parent's I&E form from the DA so I can take it to an attorney? (CP initiated the request to modify support.)

You have a right to the IE from the other parent indeed. However I would ask the other parent to provde it, or their attorney if they have one. THE DA is not their attorney.
