Legal Question in Family Law in California

My income has fallen and I am seeking a court re-evaluation vis. my child support. Since my children--living with my ex-wife--are not in any dire financial situation, is it mandatory that I include in the paperwork the income information of my current wife?

Thank you.

Robert

If the only issue is child support, not spousal, you don't need to include income for your wife. On the Income and Expense Declaration, however, you do need to list her contribution to expenses (though I don't know why since expenses aren't counted for much of anything in child support calculations).
