Income increased

If the dept of child support services is requesting a earnings statement from my employer, does that mean they will pass that info on to the other parent?

Probably. You have an obligation to produce proof of income. You could bring a motion to quash based upon privacy, but the court could then just estimate your income. Unless you make a very large amount of money, you can rest assured the court's estimation will be more than what you actually earn.
