Income from new spouse

I am receiving child support from my ex-husband and he just got remarried, does 1/2 or part of his new wife's income now get calculated into the amount he is to pay if I were to take him back to court?

No, not unless he is seriously under-reporting the amount of income he is earning, or if he is saying he is not making any money.

Why do you want to go after the new spouse? Would you want your new husband's income taken into consideration if you were remarried? Would you want your ex's child support to be reduced?
