Legal Question in Family Law in California

Incomplete Court Documents Served

What can I do about being served dissolution petition/OSC-child custody court documents where the back page of several documents are missing? If a document says page 1 of 2, page 2 is not included. For example, the Petition has a ''blank'' back to it. I have no way of responding to a blank page!!! Help!

Notify the attorney or the petitioner and explain the problem. If they do not respond with the missing pages, you could file a response requesting the relief that you want. As for the OSC file a response stating that there are missing pages and you are requesting the matter be continued until after your have been served with the proper documents.
