Increase Child Support

Mother has 68% time share.

Father has 32% time share.

He has not been utilizing his share.

He has live in girlfriend who financially contributes to his household income.

What's the likelyness that the Mother can be awarded an increase in c.s? Mother lives only with her minor children. Seperated in 2005, divorce was final Jan 2007.

You have not provided sufficient information to answer your question. The income of the girlfriend has not affect on his support obligation. Even if they were married her income would be used only to determine the amount of income taxes he pays.
