Ineffective attorney & Termination of parential rights.
Can the order of: termination of parental rights be reversed by the court of appeal? Can I have my case looked into by another agency?(other than D.C.F.S.)Also,where can I get free help with a 388 modification?

You have the right to appeal the trial courts findings. However, the chances of success on appeal are small. The court of appeal will appoint an attorney to represent you if you are indigent. You have the right to an attorney to represent you in court and file the 388 petition. The court must appoint an attorney to represent indigent parents.
