Legal Question in Family Law in California

info was given to a non-family person on son thur court person

my husband girlfriend went to my sons hearing review with a evaluator told him hes my sons stepmom she lied about everything to the court evaluator and then myself. can i press charges on her or something i told evaluator and he sd, sorry he decussed info but i never got his report only my husband i went to sons court hearing and looked like a fool w/out info thanks to her lie is there anything i can do?
