Inforcing child support in a different state

I have a court order my ex-husband signed to continue child support until our daughter is finished college. He recently moved to CA. Since his move, Aug. 01, he has stopped paying. I have his address but he will not answer my calls ect. Can my court order be registered in CA? Does California recognize court ordered child support throughout college not just to age 18?

yes, you can have a CA lawyer enforce the order for you.
