inheritance assets/forfieture/child support

If a person has a large outstanding balance owed for back child support in not one but several different counties and states (California being one of them) and they inherit their family home from thier parents estate will it be seized for the child support owed?

Once the child support creditors learn about the inheritance they will probably attempt to execute on the house.
