Inheritance

My husband is going to be receiving a substantial inheritance within the next month and I would like to know if we do divorce, is it considered community property.

The operative words are "my husband is going to receive", not "we are". It is his separate Property. However, this inheritence may have an effect on other aspects, such as support if it is income generating.
