inheritance property
My wife's father died 3 years ago w/ a trust with his wife, trust was divided to A/B. Mother inlaw still alive, Do I have a claim in a divorce
on this inheritance.

As a general rule an inheritance is separate property. Unless the owner take some action that converts the separate property to community property, it remains separate property.
