my ex was getting a inheritance, but he recently died. He owed me back child support for three of our children now age28,24,14 The inheritance was coming from a house selling ..his mom pasted and my ex was trustee. Can I get
his inherited money for backpay support?

Possibly, if DCSS is collecting the support you need to get the information about the trust to them, otherwise you will need to hire an attorney to assist in your collection efforts.
