inmate pregnancy, forced adoption
My daughter is currently an inmate and 5 months pregnant. she faces proseution for forgery/burgery. Can she be forced to give up the child [forever] if she receives another 1-2 years of prison. or does she get the child back once she is released from prison?

If a family member is willing to take the child while she is in prison, it may be possible for her to regain custody. Arrangements for this should be made now before the child is born.
