Legal Question in Family Law in California

Inocorrigible children

My 17 year old child steals from me, stays out all night, is a truant and smokes pot and cigarettes. This has gone on for 4 years and I have tried everything that I know to do. What do I have to do to have her declared incorrigible? I have her in informal probation, but the officer is too busy to see her for another 6 weeks. What do I have to do?

Re: Inocorrigible children

if she smokes pot in your house, call the police.

you might try joining a parent's support group. you are not alone. there are lots of parents experiencing similar things. they have lots of answers and support. check it out.
