In the best interest of my child

My brother& his wife gained gaurdianship of my daughter. The statements made by them to the court about me were false. When we went to mediation I was not given a chance to respond to these false accusations.Since then my sister-in-law has done everything in her power to alienate me from my daughter. My sister-in-law was recently hospitalized for purposely cutting herself and my brother has been diagnosed Bi-polar.They are both mentaly unstable.I am very concerned about my daughters well-being. My daughter is very unhappy and wants to be with me.Please tell me how to get my daughter back.

Re: In the best interest of my child

You would have to file a petition to have the guardianship set aside and the child returned to your custody. Retaining an attorney to assist in the matter will greatly increase your chances of success.
