International Child Support

My wife took our son to Germany, where she filed for divorce, and was awarded a large amount of money. I received documentation that I could not read because I do not understand the language. However, this monies are to be paid by me. Does California enforce the ruling a German Court?

No, the German court does not have jurisdiction over you.
